Dr. Erin Rodgers

Erin Rodgers is currently the Vice Provost for Instructor Quality and Student Success. Before joining the University of the People’s academic staff in March of 2020, Erin spent 20 years in leadership positions at a large US based online university where she honed her skills in managing all aspects of the instructor life cycle. She was also deeply involved in regulatory affairs for a number of regions in the US and has supervised disability services, as well as the adjudication of escalated student, staff, and instructor issues.

Erin holds a doctorate in education from the University of Pittsburgh in higher education administrative and policy studies with an emphasis in law.
