Malala Recart

Malala Recart brings 35 years of experience in innovation, mining, public policy, and the non-profit educational sector in the Americas. Today she is a non-executive independent board member and participates in several non-profit organizations. She is the president of Comunidad Mujer, an advocacy non-profit for women’s rights and issues in Chile. For four years, she served as President of Universidad Santo Tomás, a private university in Chile, where she led the organization through the Covid-19 pandemic and later achieved higher standards in accreditation.
