Yoav Ventura

Mr. Yoav Ventura is in charge of providing the strategic roadmap of University of the People. He is well placed for this role as founder of AKT – a leading Human-Capital Management consulting company which focuses on performance management, strategic human capital management, talent management, leadership development and workforce planning.

He previously served as a member of the Board of Directors between 2008 and 2011 of Danel, a welfare, and human resources public services company; as well as worked for KIT eLearning, the first online university outside of the US, which was acquired in 2004 by Laureate.

Mr. Ventura’s experience in online education as well as his strategic vision and success in business are invaluable to helping UoPeople achieve its strategic goals. Mr. Ventura is a Fellow at the Aspen Institute and earned his B.Sc in Industrial Engineering from Tel-Aviv University.
