It can be daunting thinking about returning to school to complete your degree or even begin a degree for the first time. This could seem more out of reach if you’re trying to balance work and family commitments—when you have less time to dedicate to your educational goals. Well…I have great news for you!
Did you know you can take flexible courses that fit your schedule from one of UoPeople’s educational learning partners and transfer them towards your UoPeople degree? We have partnered with leading alternative educational providers that allow you to take general education and some major-related courses that you can take in a virtual, online format at a low cost. You can then transfer those credits towards your degree at no cost to UoPeople. Each learning partner has a course equivalency guide that shows you how the courses transfer to UoPeople. There’s no guesswork! All you have to do is find the right learning partner to help you reach your goals. Here is a list of UoPeople partners:
Here’s my suggestion on how to balance your coursework with UoPeople and a learning partner. Begin taking general education courses or major foundation courses with one of our learning partners to jump-start your credits and get used to online learning. While you enroll in your foundations course with UoPeople, take another 1-4 courses with a learning partner to keep earning additional credits and knocking out degree requirements. After that, begin your studies with UoPeople. This will help you maximize your time to earn more credits and complete your degree faster. With UoPeople, you have the flexibility to take courses on a schedule that fits yours.
