A 28-year-old Moroccan currently living in Spain, Safae L. is earning an Associate degree in Business Administration at University of the People. Raised in a close-knit family that greatly encouraged education, she believes in lifelong learning and exploration. Through her work with the Soliya Connect Program, she facilitates meaningful conversations aimed at bridging cultural divides. At Stitching Najiba, a charitable foundation helping the needy in Morocco and the Netherlands, she manages diverse teams with an emphasis on collaboration and innovation. Her certifications in facilitation and intercultural encounters complement her analytical and strategic skills acquired from her academic background.
Despite facing financial difficulties along the way, Safae navigated her educational journey by securing scholarships and always making the most of the available resources.
